Not encrypted not secure any hacker or the company can read your messages, use signal or something encrypted..

The length of the messages have been all messed up since the last couple updates! It will be a 5 sec message and it shows its over a minute.! Also I would love to see a feature where you wouldnt have to hold the mic down all the time when recording. Push it once to start and once to end. Also wish you could listen to the messages live as there recording! Do all that and would be a 10 star app!

I cannot hear my incoming calls I always have miss calls without my phone ringing to notify me I always have to call back

I love WhatsApp. I just hope WhatsApp will keep our information privat and not let anyone abuse it. Also the operators of WhatsApp shall never have abusive intentions. If WhatsApp would need financial assistance please the company should ask the users directly for money not indirectly by selling our info , nor by using our info for malicious usage. Thank you for this very useful application .

In china now is almost impossible to use often is difficult to connect and with the mobile wifi is impossible send or listen vocal message, call, send or receive photo or video .... hope a important application as is this can fix these problems or here will be almost unusable Thank you

I am very dissatisfied with Whats App. There should be an app not transfer convo information from Android to IOS. I reached out to whats app customer service and received no help.

I just switched over from Android to iOS after 4 years and I love this app. Have used it everyday since 2012. Although, its disappointing on iOS. We should be allowed to search for specific words in chats like in Android and have the option to send music (understandable if this cant be done due to Apples policies). A redesign would be nice too. Its so white on this version while Android has a good tone of Green nicely spread throughout. Still a good job done on the app. Edit: Message preview works perfect when the phone is locked, however when the phone is unlocked, the message should be displayed on the push notification, even if message preview is enabled.
