In my group chat contacts show multiple duplicates, I asked customer service for help and they just sent me an email from their faq page.

Needs to put password on app, it would be great!

I like the app .so good to text and video chat with friends and family. So we need some improvements on that last seen . The online is better to know if your friend still have that app on his phone .

Such an awesome app to use! Best part of this app is sending videos because its the best quality youre ever going to get. No lie. Doesnt matter what kind of phone you have, this is the best option when it comes to sharing media.

The current version of the app only allows voice recording for 9 seconds?

This is one great app and it makes communication so easy and economical almost anywhere. Thanks for screening out the spam messages that used to occur. Things are so much better now! The one difficulty I have been having after the most recent update is that often, right after I send a message to a friend, the window freezes and I cant scroll up to see what I have written. It also doesnt allow me to send a message to anyone else. So in order to use the app again I have to close out of it completely and relaunch it. This definitely was not happening before, so can you fix it?

Excellent app Suggestion: if groups can have locking features that will be awesome. Even locking feature on whatsapp app itself will be greatly appreciated

What freaks me out is the voice message option. Every time I record a message and someone calls me before I send it, EVERYTHING is lost! Im so tired of that! I basically have to redo it and there is the risk again that if someone calls , all is lost! Please do smth about that. Also the fact that if you want to listen to a message you have to stay on that window ... you basically cant do anything else. Why is that? Why cant you give us the option like the app Telegram where you can listen to someones message and also do other things?
