The last update brought some interesting features which are mostly interesting to teens. However, the voice quality decreased significantly. I used to be able to hear the other person cristal clear with only very occasional hiccups. My contacts report the same issues.

Just not working. Says the problem is the wifi while even on 3G isnt working, at all. Used to work fine before the update.

The new version is really screwing up. It wont let me report a problem within the app, saying that my wifi or network must be working improperly, a fact that is completely untrue. I reinstalled the app and now it wont let me even sign it or open the app. I restarted my phone and nothing has changed. I CANT USE THE APP! I love whatsapp, I really do. I use it all the time. Please please fix this ASAP!

Why do we need to hold to take videos in the chat? Change it to a switch between photo and video like its supposed to.

The new version has a lot of issues. It does not support voice messages. Not even pictures. They need to improve this as soon as possible.

The send button looks out of place and somehow an irrelevant change. Bring back the old style, please!

After update now app cant open anymore

At the update 2.16.3 when open the apps, only blank white screen appeared, and after update the last version, still nothing happen

Ive been using whatsapp since it was paid, but now Im facing an issue. My whatsapp is not opening it just shows a blank screen and the phone gets stuck. Everything else is working completely fine. I habe some important chats there which makes me not to delete it, can there be any help?

Highly recommended app for chat. Has all features of a quality social network chat app from emoji to voice recording feature and both audio and video sending features.

Time pass

The main reason I got it is that it has end to end encryption. Dont want "my big brother" to snoop in on every little thing I do.

I cant ever open the app after my iphone have been updated to the newest verson. I would have lost all my record if i have to reinstall it. Its my fault that i didnt back it up well. The backup file was crashed. Please could you update the app asap because i have to contact my love and family. Im miles far away from them and I didnt save the numbers in the contact list. I must have to contact them. My phone got updated, and all I need is the app get updated that I can use it with record and contact way. I have to contact them asap. Please, I really need it. Please help!! Just a lil update would be fine if I can open the app one more time.

I just updated the app, and now the app shuts down every time I try to send a video. Please fix ASAP!

Generally a good app. But can I say one thing - when a chat is muted, the badge still shows the number of newly arrived messages. As I only mute a group chat so I am not sure if it is the case for 1-to-1 chats, but here is one thing to improve!

WhatsApp would be awesome if theres video call.

Its an excellent application that I can instantly interact with my contacts who have higher same applications installed on their phones. One thing I miss with it is the video call function for I can do it with people with most other similar applications but now with this one. This makes it not possible for me to make video calls with people who are only connected through this application.
