Looks trashy , not a fan

Use to be the best. Now, there are what I call blackouts. No messages received, even though people are sending them. They are sending me how they sent it at 4:30 and I received it at 6:15. Ive had to install a 2nd chat. Fix this for the rating to go back up.

Through this app I have been able to keep in touch with my 17 year old son on the other side of the planet in South Africa (when he has wifi). Hes 10,000 miles away but we can still touch base, which provides some comfort for a nervous mother.

I use this app as my main messaging tool, ESPECIALLY for groups, and I love using it to share media. I love the way you can use bold or italic font in the chat, whereas iMessage cant. And I love the reply feature because multiple topics and people can get lost in long conversations. I have one request.. that an option be made to have privacy when the message pops up in the locked iPhone window. The newest update with iMessage is to be able to have message previews hidden, unless you touch the home button - it reads your fingerprint and shows the preview. I actually really like this quick view and wish there was an option for it in Whatsapp!

This app is amazing but this is the second time that this happen to me ! Whenever theres an update Im afraid the app will crash but thank goodness it happened only once before. But it happened again after the last update! When I try to open the app itll crash immediately! Please help!! -- ok, so when will you update this version?! Because I contacted you and told me to wait for update to solve my problem! So when?! I think this app is going down lately!!!

Très belle application

Watsup in itself is a cool app. I actually love it. What I HATE abt it - is 1) that u can leave a 3 min msg, and the second someone calls - into the trash ur msg goes. 2) ur finger slides a micrometer and to hell with a 4 min msg u just left someone . Y cant there be an option to keep or delete For both? ?? This MUST be changed asap - i start avoiding using whatsapp bc of this . Thr aggravation is not worth it

Best app for chatting and sharing videos. I wish whatsapp had a conference call feature.

Doesnt show the right length of audio if its 1 minute long it will appear 5 seconds plz fix it.

After a year with zero problems, the latest update broke this app: laggy as hell, missing buttons when calling, random freezes etc. (Reinstalling it did nothing for me)

I think the app is very good at the core chat functionality. However, over time, its moved away from this by adding more and more unnecessary features. What happened to the favorites tab? Now its gone and there is a status tab thats basically mimicking Instagram stories. So instead of a frequent contacts tab that was useful, I have a space-wasting status tab that not a single contact of mine uses. Why take away useful functionality and add features nobody wants? Then there is the calling functionality. Great but why I cant I turn it off, or at least have a setting to make it unavailable when not on wifi? And now GIFs in chats? No thanks. I dont want that stuff in my chats. Let me turn it off.

I run an international business and this helps me keep in touch with many contacts and avoid dropped call/ bad reception.
