THIS VERSION IS NOT WORKING FOR ME !!!

When i first updated to this version, it started with that i couldnt recieve any images or videos. So i decided to reinstall whastapp and now it doesnt even proceed after inserting my phone number and keeps saying Netwotk Unavailable but im sure that my networks fine... Please help !
